What methods
of payments do you accept?
- We require a major debit/credit
card to secure residential accounts. Businesses who do not want
to pay
by credit card, may apply for billing by mail.
Can I get
my PIN Number(s) before the card arrives in the mail?
Yes. In order
to receive your PIN via email, please fax to our office one of the
following
showing name and billing address of the account owner:
1) Credit
card statement
2) Former calling card statement
3) Long-distance bill
4) Utility Bill
Include your
7-digit account number and email address.

How do I access
my account on the web?
Log in to
your account using the URL/address contained in your welcome email.If
you never logged
in before , go to "My Account Log In", click on "Get My Password",
and enter either your 7-digit account number (usually your 7-digit
phone number) or your email address. Your password will be
emailed to the email address that we have on file for your account.
If the email
address that we have on file is not current, you need to email us
at cs@acculinq.com
with your 11-digit PIN number, 7-digit account number and new email
address. If you do not have
your 11-digit PIN number, please fax us a copy of your credit card
statement, previous calling card statement, phone bill, or utility
bill showing us your name and address to 1-800-909-7994.
Once you have
received your password, you can go back to the home page, click
on "My Account Log In", click on "Log In", and enter your 7-digit
account number and password. Once you get to the home summary page,
you will be able to look at your call details, activate International
Origination, make changes to your account, including your password,
credit card, address, etc.
How do I sign
up for the 800-Call Forwarding Service?
Log In to
your webbased account manager. The instructions for setting up an
800 number are on your Web Billing page. If you are already one
of our customers, simply login to your Web Billing Page, and follow
the instructions.
Can I use the
AccuLinQ card @ my home or office?
- Yes. Utilizing our QuickLinQ Service,
we can program our network to recognize your phone number
so you don't have to input your 11 digit PIN number when calling
from one of two pre-designated phone
numbers you choose! Please don't QuickLinQ a phone number you share
with other employees or
room-mates.
How many bills
will I receive?
You will receive only one bill from
AccuLinQ with itemized statements of your / your employees calls.
Are there any
setup fees?
- Yes. Each account has a one-time
activation fee of $1 per calling card for the first 5 calling cards
for a maximum setup fee of $5.
What about monthly
minimums?
- There are no monthly minimums. If
you don't use your card(s), you don't get billed.
Do I need to
change my long-distance service at home?
- No. The AccuLinQ calling card is
a stand-alone card. You don't need to change your home
long-distance carrier to get this card.
Are there any
additional or hidden fees?
- No. There are no hidden fees. If
you use your card during a billing cycle you are charged a $1 or
$2
billing fee. The billing fee covers billing costs: $1 for web billing
statements; $2 for mailed statements.
State and federal taxes also apply.
Can I have additional
cards for employees, associates etc?
- Yes. You can set up 6 cards under
a single account using the
standard order form. However there
is no limit as to the number of calling cards you can set up! Simply
fax this form to add additional
calling cards to your account at any time. The maximum setup fee
is $5.
Can I have more
than 3 QuickLinQ numbers per card?
- No. You need to order an additional
card to accommodate additional numbers.
How do I apply
for the AccuLinQ Card?
- Simply
click here to sign up.
When may I use
the AccuLinQ Card to place a call?
- The AccuLinQ Card will be active
within 2 business days of receiving your application.
How long will
it take to receive the AccuLinQ Card?
- After we receive your information
it takes approx. 2-5 business days to ship the cards.
If you need your calling card earlier, we can optionally email you
the PIN numbers within
24-48 hours after your account has been approved.
How do I use
the AccuLinQ Card?
- Dial our Local Access or Toll-Free
number to access the network.
- Enter your 11 digit access code.
(Your code is your phone number plus a 4 digit pin number you choose)
- Enter 1+ Area Code + Phone Number
- To make another call? Press "*"
key twice.
