How to Set Up
Your Corporate AccuLinQ Calling Card Account:

Enter
your order with the first 6 cards using our Online
application or the FAXable application
Please
select "My company is applying
for corporate calling card service..." to receive
printed
invoices at the end of each billing cycle.

Choose
the billing method: For direct credit card billing, specify
the first and last name as printed
on the card along with card number and expiration date.
For billing by mail, just complete the first and last name fields
of the credit card information and
leave the credit card number and expiration fields blank. First and
last name can be the same
as the contact person. We also require the Credit
application form for billing by mail.

Click "Submit" on
the online order form or send the FAXable application to (208)
247-3500
Please send the completed credit application along with the order
for billing by mail.
To
Add Additional Calling Cards to Your Account:

If you
require more than 6 cards immediately or at a later time, please
download
the Add cards form. It must be
faxed to (208) 247-3500. Please specify "Customer#"
as well as "Customer Name". Additional cards will be activated
within 24-48 hours.
You will
be directly billed to your credit card once a month unless you choose
billing by mail.
We will verify your card one time for the total credit limits
you specify, but there is
no prepayment required. You will receive your physical calling
card in the mail within 2-5
business days.
